• Cemetery Regulations: Most cemeteries impose specific restrictions on markers and monuments, including type, size, color, design, and finish. It is imperative to consult with the cemetery administration to ensure that the selected memorial stone complies with their guidelines prior to purchase.

• Engraving Specifications: The listed price encompasses front-face engraving of the stone, accommodating text such as names, dates, or a sentiment phrase, up to a maximum of 70 characters. To proceed:

  • Please provide the desired inscription text.
  • A layout will be created and sent to you for approval before engraving.

  Additional engraving options include:

  • Inscriptions exceeding 70 characters: €2per additional character.
  • Last name on the back face: €80.
  • Back face inscription up to 75 characters: €150
  • Engraved portrait on black granite (black and white):
    • 20 x 25 cm (8 x 10 inches): €240

  A graphic representation of your stone will be crafted by our designer and sent to your provided email address. We do not create graphics prior to purchase; however, a full refund is available if we cannot achieve a design that meets your requirements. Many cemeteries require design approval; the provided graphic will facilitate this process. Engraving will commence only after your confirmation. For custom designs beyond minor modifications, please contact us prior to purchase for pricing details.

• Engraving Accuracy: The stone will be engraved exactly as per the approved design. It is your responsibility to meticulously review every character in the provided graphic proof for accuracy. We recommend involving multiple individuals in this review process to prevent errors. Once approved, any mistakes identified post-engraving will incur a re-engraving fee of €300, in addition to any costs for selected designs. Corrections can only be made before the shipping process; photographs of the finished product will be sent prior to dispatch.
